Charlotte Harding is Business Partnerships Manager at The Insurance Surgery, an award-winning specialist protection broker supporting clients who may need more tailored underwriting due to medical conditions, high-risk occupations, hobbies or complex personal circumstances.

Charlotte graduated from the University of Kent with a First-Class Bachelor’s degree in Event and Experience Design, giving her a strong foundation in communication, relationship building, stakeholder engagement and creating meaningful client and partner experiences.

In her role, Charlotte works closely with financial advisers, mortgage brokers, networks and professional partners to make specialist protection referrals easier, more effective and more client-focused.

Charlotte has played an active role in developing The Insurance Surgery’s partnership proposition, including recent partnerships and integrations with Acre and One Mortgage System, which allow advisers to refer protection cases more efficiently from within their existing CRM platforms.

She has also supported partnership growth across key mortgage adviser networks, notably Sesame Bankhall and Paradigm, helping firms access specialist protection support for clients who may be harder to place or require more tailored underwriting.
